Got my first call- advice?

When I called their 800 number to set up this loan in the past they always answered "first international" even though their name (and the name on the business card they mailed me when i got my first loan with them, is First National Fund.
His message said "Ms ______ this is Pat from First International. Your payment for 400.00 was returned, wachovia let us know the account was closed. I can set you up on a payment plan so that you don't have to pay it all at once. please return my call at 1-800-366-0566."

Did you receive the return receipt? If so, call them once and tell them you won't be talking to them on the phone anymore, as stated in the letter they received on (whatever date). If not, call them and tell them you've sent them a letter and you will be communicating with them only via mail going forward.
