United Cash Loans 150 paid 455
One Click Cash 350 paid 420

The bank charged me continously for NSF which amounted to $1000. Can I get money back from the companies that I overpaid. Thanks for all your help!

TN and PA are two states where the law is a little bit diffferent. A lender is considered licensed and legal according to these two states if they are licensed in any other state.

Hopefully someone will be along to assist you and let you know who is licensed and where and if they are legal. You are only obigated to pay back the pricipal amount borrowed on illegal unlicensed pdl loans.
