If I agreed to pay a collector but then changed my mInd can I Hv the $$$ placed bk n acct by bank. I made a huge mistake bc of collector using a tactic n knowing I had a loan out there from years ago. But the thing is he couldn't tell me the exact store front loan place. I know it was foolish on my part. I've never been so gullible. Do u thk my bank will refund my $$$ if I do a claim. O he also said we need u to sign a form stating u won't stop payment. Being that I havent received or signed the form does gv me hope. The companies name isTurning Point solutions.

You can try but I definately doubt it. You gave permission and you may have to chalk it up to a learning experience. You might wanna close that account.

Have to agree with SoapLady...doubt you will get that back! Sounds like a shady bottomfeeder - although I did not look them up. But if I were you, I am thinking I would be stopping by the bank and closing the account based on that it is probably compromised now... Good luck with it!
