I sent them numerous revoktions of wage assignment and to only contact me via email. They have ignored this and are still calling leaving messages. The gentleman told me he is sending my account to the next very serious level by the end of the day. Thats what they said last week too. I have offered to mail them in the remainder balance but of course was REFUSED to be given a physical address. I am getting so sick and tired of these people. They keep asking for a VISa..how many times must I tell them NO!!!!!! Whats funny is the email is TIM@ paydayloanyes..it says Tim Atkins however when you respond to that same email someone with the last name Tim replies and a female first name.

Wait til it comes here to America or somewhere with a collection agency. I have good luck dealing with a particular collection agency. Hell I ended up paying $150 for the original $350 borrowed. So I even got a discount. Got a letter from the so called collection agency, saying the account was paid for in full. So if there not willing to deal with you directly. Wait til it hits a collection agency. You might have better luck there.
