Can you help with payday loans? I have about $2000 in them?


These are all internet and none of them are store front. I am located in IL.

Debt Limits:
Maximum Number of Outstanding Loans at One Time: Two
Rollovers Permitted: None (cannot rollover)
Cooling-off Period: 7 days after 45 consecutive loan days

Collection Limits:
Collection Fees: One $25 NSF fee (Presentment limit = 2)

Flangle, you can put the name of these payday companies in the search box, located in the upper right hand corner of this forum, and see how other members dealt with them. It's always helpful to get an idea of what you're up against. I am sure someone will be along to give you a hand shortly. I am going to have to leave shortly, just hang in there! :)

It looks like you have overpaid on at least 4 of them already.

One of your options is to close down your bank account and revoke the PDLs rights to debit your account and then deal with these companies on your own terms- especially the ones you have already paid more than the principal on.
