I have two payday loans that I am required to pay back, and I am unsure if I can legally not provide the banking information. In my mind it seems like it would be considered fraud.

Help!

As I said yes you can -- Why would it be fraud - no one can tell you that you must pay your bills only by allowing them access to your account.. You have every right to pay them how you wish - cash, money order, prepaid debit card, etc... None of them had an issue with it - I called them and asked for a fax number to send them to - I only dealt with the corp offices - not the store fronts - they usually don't know what you can and can't do... The exact letter I sent to ACE - who is the other legal lender?

Here is the letter I used to revoke from my legal lenders:
Name Of Company
Address
State, Zip
Date:
Acct.#

Dear Whoever,

I Your Name Here, hereby revoke any and all ACH transactions by your company to any and all of my personal bank accounts. I also revoke any and all wage assignments I may or may not have signed with your company.

Signed Name: _____________________

Ace and Cash Store will allow you to make payments other than just ACH - they should be no problem.. Tell them your account was compromised and you are shutting it down... you are and it was and they don't even need to know that you are opening another account - it is not their business..
