Okay - so here is my perdicament.

I sent a c/d to Cash Transfer Centers - and also an outline of revoking a wage assignment and account access.

They won't respond. Any emails are told me to go to a payment processing department. And to call them. They keep calling my home, my work (for employment verification?) and my references.

What do I do now? Call the payroll processing department they give me or stand still?

Here's what I used:

"Payroll Loans Direct Ltd.
D/b/a Cash Transfer Centers
d/b/a Northway Financial
15225 104th Avenue - 400
Surrey, BC, Canada v3r 6y8

Social Security Number: ***-**-****

Re: Wage garnishment/Wage assignment

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hereby revoke your right to use the wage assignment I digitally signed on DATE or any dates preceding and/or exceeding said date. This request to revoke complies with YOUR STATES CODES/STATUTES ON WAGE ASSIGNMENTS/WAGE GARNISHMENTS.
The wage assignment/wage garnishment is thus invalid. You no longer have my permission to use this wage assignment.

Sincerely,

YOUR NAME

I emailed and faxed it to them and sent my accounting dept a copy of they wage assignment/garnishment revocation letter and told them according to my state of residence code that this was illegal, my job was cool with it.

have you spoken with anyone forn CTC yet? Like an account manager? I spoke with one ant settled for just the principle amount in split payments. She also agreed to put my first payment off for another 2 weeks. Do not panic, it just depends on who you talk to on the phone. Send the Wage Revocation letters out by email and fax to them immediately twice a day for at least a week. Also include you have full intentions on paying your legal debt owed to them. Don't worry ppl are here to help you.

AJ-you will not hear from them regarding any correspondence you sent them. On the next phone call to your home, and all subsequent phone calls tell them "that person doesn't live here anymore, please remove our number from your records." If they call you at work, tell them the call is being recorded (whether it is or not)-tell them that you are within your rights to ask for a copy of all paperwork tied to this transaction-along with their licensure and you will need that sent to you via certified mail by a certain date. Once you receive the information you will then review it, contact your attorney, the better business bureau, and the attorney general's office for a review of legality. After that, you will contact them via certified mail with a payment plan devised by you. If you do not receive the information you have requested by the date stipulated, you will consider the matter closed. Inform them that phone calls will not be accepted, nor returned. Revoke any and all wage assignments; contact your payroll department in writing that you revoke any and all wage assignments. Change your bank account if you have not done so already, and make them aware of the situation. After the initial phone call where you inform them of this, hang up on all future calls or erase all voicemails after documenting the time and date of the call; along with the person's name. Be aware that these people are not in this country and they are as sleazy as it gets. Play hardball and cover your bases...they cannot arrest you, they cannot harm you in any way...but make sure the wage asignment is done and that your bank account is closed.

No. They did NOT get my wages! I had revoked the wage assignment. They didn't give a crap. They sent in a wage assignment to my employer anyway. It was faxed back to them with "WE DO NOT HONOR WAGE ASSIGNMENTS". Never heard from them again. My employer does honor wage assignments from illegal companies. So... no money for them.
