let me guess.they mentioned things like court,and fraud,and coming to your workplace.it is not up to you to prove you paid this.it is up to the bottomfeeder tp prove you owe it.i wouldn't worry,or talk to them again.

I assumed they were I just wanted to check to be sure. I was curious if anyone else had gotten a call from them. They didn't know a name of an account I used to have which was through vince enterprises. The two things i found to be strange were that they had a blocked number and that the email address they gave me was a gmail address. Wouldn't a legit company have their own email and not a gmail account. Also one of you may know, if I was going to be served something would they call me first to tell me?

No process server calls in advance .... good indication it is a scam.

file a complaint with gmail also - call your local District Attorneys office and the Better Business Bureau - their collection tactics are illegal and I have recorded messages that are not legal - threatening people is NOT LEGAL - ignore them, block their number 866-837-7638; no reputable company calls you blocked and they claim they have no fax number either. They are located in Canada I can tell you that.
