Thanks!

Going back to the middle of 2011, I have taken 22 separate payday loans. That's 22 new loans that I signed paperwork for. This doesn't count rollovers.
I found this forum near the end of January of this year.
I'm not totally cleaned up yet, but I definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel. Only 4 lenders made money on me. The rest, I had paid less than the full amount of principal borrowed, so I was able to settle for principal only. Still have to pay off a couple of them, but I'm almost there.
Because of the information posted here, I figure that I've saved at least $6,400 off what the payday lenders would have claimed that I owed. Probably more, because the $6,400 amount was based on getting all of the outstanding loans paid off by the middle of February (next pay cycle after I found this forum).
Thank you to the people who maintain this forum and thank you to the posters who have made clear the process to beat these things.
Also, since being exposed to this board, I've started taking the right steps to clean up my credit report, so I'll never be stuck with payday loans as my only choice ever again if I run into trouble.
