I have made the HUGE mistake of getting 5 internet payday loans in the last two months and I cannot pay the rollover fees without being able to pay my other more important bills. I need help with what to do as far as stopping the debits, closing my checking account, etc and how to settle with these companies. I am paying over $800 a month in fees without reducing my balances. I dont know where to go from here... :(

Thanks! I am in SC and owe to the following companies:

Zip Cash $200 have paid $360 in fees and $50 in principal
Geneva Roth (Loan Point USA)$300 and have paid $90 in fees (this is a newer loan)
AIP $200 and have paid $356 in fees
NLS Cash Adv $225 and have paid $205.50 in fees
Payday Select $400 and have paid about $200 in fees after refinancing

I do not know where to go from here. Once all of those fees are debited, I have hardly no money left over to pay bills. Thanks for your help!

You must close your account and reopen a new one in another bank preferably and if you have direct deposit have your checks go live for now. You have way over paid Zip Cash and AIP according to the laws in your state. I do not know however if SC has a long arm policy that requires internet lenders to be licensed in your state.
Geneva Roth is extremely difficult. Be ready to put up a fight with them. Pay Day Select is easy to deal with.
Do not give your new account info to anyone. You must pay these people by money order or prepaid debit, prepaid only to what your paying, only no matter what they tell you.
You will find Payday loan laws for South Carolina right here(just select your state),

Thank you frogpatch. That was wonderful information. I will definitley give my state regulator a call to see where to go from here on the legal issues, etc. I noticed many of you talking about Langhorne but they dont help with consolidation in SC. Does anyone know who does?

Thanks again
