Need Help in North Carolina

I took out a loan with Sagamore BB and was told at the time that the charge would be begin at $60.00 and go decreasing every pay period by $15.00. In other words, the first fee payment would be $60.00; the second would be $45.00; the third would be $30.00 and so on, regardless of whether or not I made a payment. However, that has not been the case!! Not only do they continue taking out $60.00 each pay period, but have also deducted an additional $30.00 each time, without any explanation or communication from Sagamore!
Where can I go to stop this from being automatically withdrawn if my bank won't do it?!!!
Please help!!!
Thank you.
here is what you do
first no pdl is legal in NC especially this one.second with that being said you only owe the principle anything debited gets deducted from that.it does sound like you paid this in debits so go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.it has everything from template letters to complaint form templates.now go to your bank see the manager, and no one else.let them know that this an illegal lender.also draft the ACH revocation letter in the sticky and give it to them prior to sending it to the lender.the manager should help you with this after that.if not they are breaking a federal law as the EFTA(electronic funds transfer act)is a federal law.do that and you should be fine.
