Date: Wed, 01/27/2010 - 09:08
I am not sure what to do. Someone calling herself Investigator Oliver from the FBI called the receptionist asking about me saying I was an a person of interest in an investigation. I have spoken with someone from this number who called herself Investigator Shelley and said she was representing a company called Sagamore. I did take a loan with them in 2006 and defaulted. I tried to make payments but was not willing to give access to my bank account and they did not give me a mailing address. I heard nothing til now and would like to make arrangements but his women is extremely RUDE and harassing me at work. What should I do to get them to stop.

Next time you speak to her, tell her you want validation of the debt. Also, tell her that she is breaking the law by impersonating a federal officer, that you are going to report her. Tell her that she is not to contact you at work; send a cease and desist letter. Make sure you report them for violations.
