Is anyone familiar with this company and if they are legal or not? I suspect not. They don't have a website, although I do have thier email, phone and fax. I had applied online with check into cash and immediately my phone rang and they said they were calling about my application blah, blah, blah. Well I thought it was check into cash calling me, it was'nt until much later when going thru my email that I realized it was a different company altogether.

Any way I paid it off and ended up getting a second loan from them. They made me sign a "contract" and fax it in. They call themselves TJF CORP or sagamore. The contract says if I close my checking account they will sell my account to I-collect who will assign my debt to EMAX, Collect Edge, ELIN.

Is anyone familiar with any of these places? I am in TN.
