I have sent emails of ACH revocation to Blue King, Mobiloans, and Plain Green. I've also taken care of it at my bank where I found out that all three of the above had the same company ID for getting my money. Go figure!

I borrowed $700 from BK and have paid $630--leaving a balance of $70. They replied that they would settle for $250. Any advice on how to proceed on this?

Plain Green has replied that my account is closed to further activity and that they won't be debiting my bank account further. I had overpaid the balance. No mention of Paid in full that I requested--should I pursue this?

Mobiloans, who I also overpaid the balance, has only moved my account to where it can be paid with a debit card, money order, etc. The only email I got from them was that I needed to call them; they said they'd called me, but this was a lie. It was Sunday and I was home the entire time. I sent all three the emails on 10/6/13. Should I wait on Mobiloans or contact them again? (I resent the email to them after getting the call response.)
Thanks so much for all the information I've found on this forum. It's really been helpful!

I see that there are two responses to my question, but I'm unable to see them. Anyone know what I need to do? Thanks!

All the above mentioned 3 lenders are illegal. You owe them nothing more than the borrowed amount. You have already overpaid them, so ask them for the refund. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
