Pleas help!! My fiance has gotten us in such debt behind numerous payday loans. We can't get out of debt because of these recurring payday loan payments. I have read some of the post but I need a sample letter to send to the lenders before I go to our bank. Please HELP!

First of all register with the forums.

THen list out your loans,how much you borrowed and how much you have paid back. And most importantly, what state do you l,ive in.

There is a way out. I'm in Texas and I got out of the cycle. Like Soap Lady says, register with the forum and list out all your loans with the amounts you have paid so we can help determine if your PDLs are with legal or illegal lenders and offer a course of action to help you get out of the PDL cycle. It can be done!
