HI my Husband took out a payday loan from 2 companys Sandpoint Capitol And Loanshop/Loancove They are trying to take out 45dollars a week not any going to principal on a 300 dollar loan and loanshop is trying to take out 75dollars a week on a 250 dollar loan nothing going toward principle I have sent them a letter to revoking there right to debit my account and also to call or contact employer what else do I need to do

Hi,

I live in NC. Over a series of a couple of months I had to take out payday loans due to financial hardship. I borrowed from the following companies:
Ameriloan - Borrowed $300, paid $270 back
OneClickCash - Borrowed 300, paid $180 back
Nationwide Cash - Borrowed 300, paid $90 back
Cash Jar - Borrowed $500, paid $1310 back

I closed my bank account on October 25, 2009. I have emailed them Cease & Desist letters pn October 29. I told all of them that out of good morals I will pay back the principal, but I need a mailing address to send the remaining balance to. I have gotten PO Box addresses from Cash Jar and Nationwide, but no address from the other two. The two that I got the PO Box addresses from they told me that they can't accept mailed payments. What am I supposed to do if they only gave me the PO Box and told me they can't accept mailed payments and if they don't give me an address to mail it to. I am surely not about to give them my new debit card # or checking account number. Nationwide Cash has called my job twice. The last time they called the girl said that they were going to pursue a criminal and civil check suit against me. She also said that I had to send the cease & desist via certified mail even though I know they got it because the first time they called me it was in response to it. Any advice???
