Hello. I am took out a loan of $200 from what i thought was a good pay day loan company. Well now they have taken out there $95.00 and then i closed my account after doing some research on this company and how they just take money out of peoples bank accounts. Well now i am being contact by the National Credit Adjusters, saying i owe $450 dollars. I live in Michigan and as far as i can tell i would just have to pay them the original principal balance or $200? I am not sure as to what to do here. Please if someone could point me in the right direction as to what to do or say to these people.

You can pay back the principal amount only if the company does not have the license to operate in your state. So, are you sure that the company is illegal in Michigan? If they are not, then you'll have to pay the principal amount including the interests and fees.

since sandpoint is illegal as an out of the country pdl.you only owe the 200.00.btw that one debit gets deducted from that so you owe less than 200.00.another btw NCA is a knucklescraping bottomfeeder that specializes in illegal pdl's.do a search in the bar top right.you should be able to find an address for NCA to send a DV letter.send it certified mail return receipt.
