Hi everyone! I found this forum while googling "Sandpointe Capital" ... but I wish I had found it sooner =/

In a state of desperation, I took out 3 PDL's yesterday - Sandpointe, TTG Services and 247GreenStreet. They all said that my funds would be deposited yesterday, and they have yet to hit my bank account. And after some threads here and there, now I'm in a complete state of panic because I don't know what to do, expect...anything!

I know that there are several threads on this ... but can someone just give a heads up on how to handle this situation? Because my worrisome personality is in complete panic mode now.

Thanks all!

I would suggest you go into your bank right away and let them know that you applied for these loans and have since found out they are not licensed lenders in CA. Let them know that these companies have been reported for fraudulent activities and that you'd like to have your account number changed in order to protect yourself.

Another thing I might try...if you just took these out yesterday, most of these companies DO allow you to opt out within a certain amount of time, usually like 3 days, during which time they just take the money back, no harm no foul. Before getting all "debtconsolidationcare.com" on them...I might try that route. Might be easier, ultimately. I wish I had done that long ago.

Mike, if these people are illegal lenders, there's never a "no harm, no foul." Yes, she could simply state she changed her mind and have the loan stoppped. But, these people have her account number. And, not only do they have it, but they will also share it with all their other illegal lender friends. Her account will never be safe again. She needs to protect herself first. You have to remember, these people are operating illegally. They simply cannot be trusted.

I don't disagree...just what I was suggesting is that she first cancel the loans with them. That part is way less hassle and pain than keeping the money, and then arguing the point afterwards. No doubt at the very least a new banking account is in order. The Indian scammers should be caller her any day now.

i agree cancel the loans and then as soon as they have taken the money back close the account or change the account number whichever your bank will do. The lenders you have MAY not take any other funds but they will have shared the information and other people will without a doubt try at some point to take out money.. Notably "payday loan protection" companies. Happened twice to me. The last time they PDL loan protection company told me they had no idea where they got all my info from ! nice huh anyhow just make sure and protect your account and youll be fine
