PDL in Ohio-Where to start?

I am located in Ohio and have the following payday loans:
Plain Green Loans-borrowed $3000 paid back $712.32
Great Plains Lending-borrowed $1500 paid back $1053.28
American Web Loans-borrowed $900 paid back $0
Apply Advance America-borrowed $1400 paid back $0
Mobiloans-borrowed $1000 paid back 243.00
Where do I start? Are any of these illegal in Ohio and what can I do to settle with them? I've got to get out of this nightmare and am willing to work hard to get this taken care of.
I have been talking with Payday Loan Debt Relief about consolidating the loans, but would like to try and take care of this myself and save money on fees.
Any advice is welcome!!

First steps
Should I begin by closing my checking account and opening a new one? All of my PDL where taken out on the internet. Is calling them and revoking the ACH withdrawal enough?

no you must secure the account.if you do ACH revocation only you must see a bank manager with the letter you send.calling does nothing,and illegals ignore calls like that.again if you can't close the account draft the revocation letter and see your bank manager with that letter before contacting the pdl's.very important!
