Generally payday lenders don't report to the "Big Three" that generate your FICO score. They use specialized credit bureaus like DP Bureau and Teletrack instead. However, there are some that do, and some collection agencies that handle pdl's do as well, so it's hard to give you a one-size-fits-all answer.
