Need help finding information..private investigator called my parents house

private investigator from SDS processing called my parents house and told them I was involved in a white collar crime. I beleived I have paid them off already. I waiting for the banks to send me my bank statment.
I tried to google the following information

Can someone please help. Im really stressed out about this.
He called me this afternoon and I told him I paid them and will get my bank records and he kept threatening legal action and wouldn't listen. I hung up on him and wasn't going to worry about it.
Now he called my parents house and you know how parents are. I told them what they are doing is illegal and they can arrest me but off course they dont take me seriously.
I just goot off the phone with my parents and they are streessing me out about this now Im streesed out. I never gave them my parents number.

You could still file a complaint with the FTC. You can sue, but you have to prove your case in order to win, here is a resource:
