Cashnetusa and FBD are both legal lenders.

Cashnetusa offers an extended payment plan, but you will need to request it.

FBD is not a payday lender, they are a bank, so it's important that you make arrangements to pay them.

I will research the rest of your lenders but at first glance most of them are illegal/unlicensed, so, you'll need to close your account asap so that you can gain control of your finances again. Paydayflex dba Net Pay Advance, Inc. is licensed to lend in your state, so you will need to make payment arrangements with them also. Ask them if they offer an extended payment plan.

CashOnWheels - Is this a store front loan? I am not finding a license for them in your state, unless they have a dba name, do you know if they go by another name?

I need more information before I continue to research these lenders, please let me know which are Internet loans, and which are store front loans.
