I know that the state of PA had 4 enforcements against Payday Loan Providers in 2nd quarter of 2012 but I can't seem to locate which ones they are. I logged onto their website but can't find a list. I also googled and no luck. Is there anyone that can help me please. Thanks

I realize that Payday loans are illegal in PA and I have had several pay day loans that I have been successful getting PIF's and some refunds but there are a few I am still working on and that is why I was wondering which ones they went after in the 2nd quarter. I just can't find out which ones they are. Thanks for your response.

That stuff shouldn't matter. Just tell these lenders who still owe you money or haven't given you PIFs that you are aware they are not licensed in your state and that you want your reufnds.
