Im in Ohio..All the threads im reading says cashnetusa is a legal cso...does that mean evn though I paid 580.00 on 550.00 borrowed that I still owe them the 690.00 balance. I stopped all ACHs at bank...what would happen then????

Could CASHTAXI, CASTLEPAYDAY AND MYNEXTDAYCASH also be CSO???

I am trying to get ready for Tuesday when the bank opens and everything hits the fan and I just want to be prepared and know which of these I need to send letters to as per all the instructions i have been reading...please help if you can..its frightening

Full details are as follows:

I live in the State of Ohio. I
have 4 Internet payday loans. None are in default yet, but any day now. Can
Someone tell me if they are licensed in Ohio??
The companies and amounts are as follows:

CashNetUSA Borrowed 550.00 Repaid 579.65

MyNextDayCash/(NXTDAYCASH apperars on ACH Withdrawel) Borrowed 500.00 Repaid
75.00

CastlePayday Borrowed 500.00 Repaid 175.00

CashTaxi.com Borrowed 300.00 Repaid 0(will owe 374.00)

Please Help...cant afford it anymore. Are they licensed in Ohio????
I believe they are all rollover loans(except CahTaxi) because they keep
charging me fees and extending for 2 weeks leaving principal untouched. CashNet
lent me 550.00...isnt Ohio
maximum 500.00.

MyNextDay and CashTaxi were set to be drawn from my account yesterday for a
total of $520.00. I called them both prior and told them I would not have money
and they didnt care. After reading this forum I went to my bank yesterday while
the ACHs were in a Pending status...talked to Branch Manager and she was able
to stop them, also told her situation and upcoming withdrawels. She said she
opted me out of all transactions??? Is that good enough, should I close account
before something sneaks through???

Thanks for responding...I couldnt see your reply, you said you posted it under my previous thread, I checked so I guess it might have been deleted.  I had a couple of threads because they kept going to spam and I didnt understand.

If you could revisit it I would greatly appreciate your opinion.  Cashnetusa has me worried...Thanks

Thanks Ditchdebt, thats my main question, I overpaid cashnetusa on the 550.00 principal and still owe them 690.00.  If there an Ohio CSO does this allow them to loan me over the 500.00 maximum and if so am I still obligated for another 690.00??

I have my ACH revokation letters ready to email to PDLs...Should I send letters even while my bank is being so uncooperative?...Will that make the ACHs eventually stop???

You’re right. The maximum amount that can be given out in
Ohio is $500.

Cash Taxi, Castle Payday Loans, My Next Day Cash are illegal
in Ohio. I can see that you have overpaid Cash Taxi. As such you need to ask
for a refund from them in writing.

Payback the
remaining amount to Castle Payday and My Next Day Cash via money orders.

Should I send out PDL Letters right away or wait to get somewhere with bank first? Spoke to 2 different branch managers...keep asking me if I authorized ACHs...keep explaining there illegal companies not licensed on Ohio...one actually told me take it up with BBB..Am I handling this the wrong way?
