Credit report and PDL's in NY

Hello All,

i know PDL's are illegal in NY. i have closed down my bank accounts and some of the PDL's marked my accounts paid in full....others wont work with me and said they will send me to collections. Since these loans are illegal in NY - can they effect my credit report?

If they do report to your credit report - you will just dispute to have them removed.
