Tribal loans = harder to get PIF letters
I am not surprised that you have not had any results yet. Both of your loans are through illegal tribal loan companies. Both of these companies try to hide behind "tribal sovereignty" so they may harass you for several months more.
If you have not already, file complaints with your state AG's office, the state department that handles the regulation of payday loans in your state. If these loans are illegal in your state, defiantly file complaints. Also file with the FTC. I would also file a complaint with the state that companies are located in. Plan Green is in Montana and One Click Cash in in Nebraska. These loans also effect the states they are in so their state AG's office may also be able to help you.
Stick to your guns on these. I highly doubt you took trip to the individual reservations to sign the papers so they can't actually do anything but harass you. If you get phone calls after notifying them to not call you in writing, file another claim with the FTC for this violation.

Like the other poster mentioned, file those complaints and sink your teeth into them. Aggressively pursue that PIF letter and resend the letter twice every week. Harass them to the point that they harass you. You can also call them and keep bugging them.

Honestly, about the only communication most of these places will give you will be in the way of you still owe them money (if you stopped paying after realizing they are illegal and you may have overpaid and are due a refund) and they usually do not communicate very often once they know you've put them on notice. In fact, even after you've done the revocation email to email and letters only, they still try to say call us to discuss these matters. They do not read or comprehend very well based on the experiences I've had with illegal lenders. If you can't get a PIF or a refund or both, move on. If you owe anything for the principal then pay it on your own time when you can but legally you're not required to. Tribal lenders are the worst and they have the attitude of we are all right because of the Indian laws/sovereignty.
