I needed little help and borrowed 250. Next thing I know Im getting calls, caller id says N.J., but area code in Seattle, and accent doesn't sound right. They threatened to send sheriff with warrant to arrest to my work. Now im faxing aggreements to pay way above the loan amount. How do you finally get rid of them after without worrying about arrests, court, and more cost?

Are you positive it's legit? I had some Indian accented men call my cell and my husbands work repeatedly and after googling the call back numbers, they were all scams and not even related to the companies of my PDL's.

This is definitely a scam. Please do not give them any banking information or money for that matter. Debts are civil, not criminal. You cannot be arrested.
