spot loan

I know spot loan is illegal in Fl and I have already sent the ach revoction letter to them. I just wanted to know if anyone had any dealings with them and how did that go?

I have been dealing with Spot Loan since October. I closed my bank account and notified them that they were a tribal lender, etc. About a month ago I received a letter from Stellar Recovery, who apparently my loan was sold to. I sent them a certified letter March 18 to let them know that I was not paying Stellar Recovery a dime, and that it was an illegal loan at this point, since they are tribal. I have not heard another word, which actually makes me nervous! Hopefully they got the hint and just dropped it.
