Plain Green Issues Also

I am also having problems with Plain Green. I have sent Plain Green numerous emails but they will not get back in touch with me. I overpaid them by $500 for the three loans I have had with them. I asked for my account to be PIF and asked for a refund. They sent me the same letter with the Native American laws but I sent them a letter back citing the laws where any off reservation business is subject to state laws. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but they stated my problem was beyond their ability to do anything. I sent Plain Green one last email stating if I did not get a response I was going to file a complaint with SC AG and FTC. So far still nothing. Not sure what next step is because they will not respond to me. They are illegal lenders as far as South Carolina is concerned.

You probably will not recieve a refund....triabl lenders usually do not give them...file your compalint with the SC AG and FTC
