Another AdvanceMeToday Question

What should I do at this point? I kind of want to send a money order for the $35 to their address (which is outside of the US mind you) and send a C&D letter to them and then stop communication.
What does everyone think? Has anyone had luck settling with them? Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Since all the lenders are illegal, so you are required to pay them only the principal amount. Ask them for the refund, if you have paid them more than principal. No need to pay any interest or fees. Close your bank account asap to stop unauthorized withdrawal. Look at this page to know how to deal with illegal lenders:

I suggest you lodge a complaint with the AG and the FTC first. Then send the PDL a C&D letter along with the OFFER to pay the remaining balance of the principal amount. If they persist in harassing you after they get the C&D notice, sue them.
well
i always advise to pay the principle,or make every attempt to do so.if they don't want the 35.00.file the complaints as steven advised and ignore them.you are under no oblgation to talk to them if they want to threaten, demean, and harrass they get nada, zip, bupkiss.they are SOL(not statute of limitations).

AdvanceMeToday is the absolute worst of the bunch. They do not respond to any reasoning you may be able to think up. If you want to send them a money order, go ahead, but it will most likely get lost or stolen considering where it's going. And AdvanceMeToday will never acknowledge that they got it, even if they did.
My advice is to completely stop communication with them. Ignore their calls/emails and delete their voicemails. If they try to pursue "legal action" (whatever that is) you can ask for a debt validation letter (which they can't provide). You win in all cases.
Let them call you names all they want, it won't get them anywhere.
