I/m getting calls from a company called United. 877-630-8392. said they are litigation company for payday loans. they have been in my email address and calling my job caused me to loose my jhob and want me to pay them for loans i know nothing about. they have been in my checkin accout taking money and sent bank a fraud check a signed my name to it to take money out of account saying i owe a payday loan co. cops and bank says i can't do anything .i don't owe them anything what do i do?

Well, this is a real big mess. You need to shut down your bank account immediately. This is a scam of the highest magnitude. Debts are civil, not criminal, so you cannot be thrown in jail or charged with check fraud.
You lost your job over this? You should have asked your supervisor/reception to ignore the calls and block the numbers. This is simply appalling. You need to file a complaint with the AG, the FTC, the CFPB and the county cops about this. You cannot afford to go down without a fight.
