Mobiloans: What now?

I have sent the letter I copied off one of the threads here to mobiloans revoking ACH and Wage assignments. Letter was sent three times and finally received response stating "The issue you've described in your email may be resolved more efficiently if we can speak with you."
Any suggestions what I should do now?

locked out of Mobiloans
I resent the letter two more times with no response. I tried logging in to their website to see if account has been closed as PIF and I seem to be locked out of account. Is it safe to say account is closed and PIF?
