[FONT=Arial]I had multiple payday loans and if I hadn't found this site this would have been another payday with over 800.00 in fees coming out. I secured my bank account and opened up another one at a new bank where I sent my direct deposit, sent off the letters tailored to my situation and this morning it was all good.:shock: I've only heard from loanpoint usa and no calls or nothing yet. I'm still bracing myself for the onslaught.[/FONT]

Once again thanks so much for having the information as a sticky. It worked like a charm.


I was/am in the same boat with payday loans. But two years and I don't know about you but I had scammers contact me and had me to get loans with promise to pay me back that week when they ask. Something is wrong with all this stuff. I have the emails im's and filed with police etc. Still no arrest or anything. If that were one of us there would be.

I will be glad to get away from payday loans and I never want to walk in one again.

How many others out there have this same problem?

I supervised an office where one of the girls were getting calls every 15 minutes..at the time I had no idea about online loans. This guy was persistant and no amount of hanging up on him deterred him.

This girl was so embarrassed she left the job and the guy started calling me telling me I owed them money. After a few months he stopped. I realize now that she had payday loans and he was trying everything to collect the debt. It's amazing what they will do to get money.
