Payday loans and Bankruptcy (CA)

I like many other individuals obtained payday loans that were not legal in CA, I sent out my revocation letters and was succesful with some lenders, others not so. I also contacted the AG in my state and the department of corporations....
These lenders do not care if they are supposed to do business in our state, they will go to extremes to try to collect on these illegal debts.
I am not going to file for bankruptcy because of these MORONS and their fees.
Eventhough these were not legal loans, do I still but them in my filing bankruptcy?
