Help w/ Paramount Cash - Do not settle?

Good Day Everyone - I have a loan w/ Paramount Cash and I sent them the awesome letter revoking any wage assignment.
They replied saying that "lent in good faith etc" and said they do not settle. I offered to pay them the prinicipal minus any payments already made.
What should my response be reagrding that they do not settle?

That you're not offering a settlement, you're explaining to them
That you're not offering a settlement, you're explaining to them that although you don't owe them ANYTHING, you're willing to repay the principal balance of the loan. If they don't want the money, you're happy to pay them nothing.
