I received a settlement from ameriloan of which I sent the payment but they have not cashed the moneyorder been 10 days now what should I do.

Ameriloan is an illegal lender. You owe nothing more than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Ask them for a refund if you have overpaid them. Just pay them the principal and get out of this trap.
