Bayside Cash - Whispering Rock LLC

Sent an email on January 25 to Bayside Cash requesting a PIF - paid $500 on a $500 loan. Recieved this today - not sure what it means? Sent a reply back - of course no response.

How could their offices be affected by a blizzard in the midwest when they're located in Costa Rica? I didn't think they had blizzards there. :-) ( I know they're using a call center in Kansas City but it's still funny since their contact addresses are in Costa Rica.)
Anyway, follow the procedures here for dealing with collectors. There's no way they can validate the debt since it's an offshore lender.

Well, they responded with this.. Not sure what to do now..

Your account has been sent to a 3rd party collection agency. You can call in the morning and speak to the collection supervisor they will have more information on your account.

Sorry for the delay. Our office has been closed due to the snow storms in the Midwest. We will be back in the office Tuesday the 27th.
