I sent Plain Green a letter by email last fall stating that they were illegal in KS and that they were to not continue pursuing collections on me. They did respond via email. I wouldn't worry about it. You've done your part and they have been notified. As long as they can't debit your account then you don't have anything to worry about. I have been lucky and I haven't heard anything from them. I think I got 1 email a couple of months ago claiming that I owe them a bunch of money, but other than that...nothing. Just leave it alone.

So progressive has marked my loan paid in full:) they didn't email me but when I went into my account it was adjusted to zero and in good standing :) however plain green sent me the " your payment is late" email I am just going to resend my email again stating their loan is illegal I did revoke ach and they did honor that think resenting the email is good enough? I am not mailing it to a po box as they requested!
