Thank God for this site. I need some advice. I've have four payday loan companies I'm dealing with. Before I came to this site I had just recently closed my account. I was thinking of calling the pdl companies and setting up a payment plan if they would. Here are the companies, state I live in and amounts owed to each. Please give any feedback that could help me repay them. I really won't to its just I got in over my head in this cycle. Thanks.

PAYDAY LOAN NIGHTMARE!

Magnumcashadvance is a new loan. I've been in goodstanding with them. I just can't repay the new loan because of the total amount of fees with all the loans together. On previous loans i've paid well over the principle amount but had to reloan after paying the loan off. Paydayonine and interim are new loans. Gfs i've been paying the 35 dollar rollover fee for about a year bi-weekly. I really won't to repay them, but the total finace fees every pay and other bills and rent i just had to bail out until i find the right solution.

You said the bank account is closed, right? Is it closed closed? Have you checked to make sure? Some banks will reopen the account if an ACH comes through within a certain time frame.

All of your companies are not going to be licensed.

Can you list out how much you have paid to each company so far?

Yes the account is closed. Today the pdl fees were suppose to hit so i'm not for sure if the account will reopen. I bank with commerce bank. To list out how much i paid is the following.

Magnum- the current loan none, but i've had several loans with them that i paid and had to reloan- guidance please!

Paydayonline.us- none new loan

Interim- none new loan
