How do I settle a debt with a payday loan company which have sovereignty?

I would like to settle with a payday loan company from Wisconsin. I've been struggling to get them to work with me. They debit my account for unauthorized amounts every friday. They claim to have sovereignty because they're an Indian tribe. I don't know what to do

Put an end to this by closing your account from which they are taking out money. You can also file a complaint against the company with your state's attorney general.
