i have defaulted about 5 payday loans.im from ri. now geneva roth wants me to pay them 600 dollars more for a 400 loan that i rolled over 3 times so i already paid them 375.magnum cash has sent me to a collection agency who says i owe them 1000.which all i owed before was 350.00.is there a way to get them to settle with me without paying all that interest.i am from ri

-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
