Settlement with The Cash Store?

Hello, I live in WI and am about to file for Chapter 128 which is a unique payment program that allows you to include creditors to pay off within a 3 year period.
However, I do have a question before I send off my paperwork to the lawyer. In regards to the Cash Store, I know they are licensed in my state. I took an $375 installment loan with them and could settle for a lesser amount and not have bother to include them in my Chapter 128 filing. Has anyone had experience in settling with them before?

You may contact with Cash
You may contact with Cash Store and try to negotiate with them. If possible set up a payment arrangement with them. Filing bankruptcy is not a good option. If required you may get help from your friends and relatives.
