I have 7 loans due today (state is Virginia) and no money to pay them. Can I set up a extended payment plan and make the first payments on my next payday?

I'm assuming these payments are made via ach from your bank account? If so, and they're due today, there's probably very little you can do to stop them today. Most companies require you notify them 3 days in advance to stop an ach. Are these storefronts or internet pdls?

I'd advise going in ASAP today and talking to them. A lot of places won't let you do an EPP once you've defaulted.
