Please help! Where to start?

I had several internet loans and several store front ones as well. I was keeping my head above water but had to close my account when my husband lost his job since we are on one income now and can not afford the outrageous fees. How do I set up payment plans with them? I obviously don't want to give them my bank info but the people that call (10 times a day!) don't want to give me any info.

We need more info before we can advise you:
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
