Severe Payday Loan Debt

Hello,
I am in need of some advice. I have multiple internet PDL's that have just about gotten out of control. I am to the point now where they are eating up my entire paycheck every pay period and i make well over $1200 per check. I have no clue what i should do at this point, but i know that i can't afford to pay the high interest fees on them anymore. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do??? i am not trying to skip out on the debts that i owe, but i am in a position where i caring for a sick parent and my two year old and i need every last cent of my paycheck to pay rent and medicla bills! Please help with any adivce you can. Thanks!

-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
