I have 4 open pay day loans and I live in New York State. I have asked my bank if i close my account what will happen when ACH transactions present and they told me that they will be denied and will not impact or be withdrawn from my new account.

Here are my lendors and the amounts paid to date.

Sandpoint Capital (Clear Warter Marketing: Intial loan 300, paid to date 420

Sagamore (Clear Warter Marketing: Intial loan 300, paid to date 420

Shamrock Marketing(Clear Warter Marketing: Intial loan 300, paid to date 420

I'm nervous they're going to harass my workplace.

any ideas what to do?

first robert welcome.second pdl's are prohibited in NY so these pdl's acted illegaly lending to you.third it looks like you overpaid all of these.i would close your current account and open a new one.if you are concerned about the work calls.tell your boss that this is a scam and to say you no longer work there.have all of your co-workers say the same.you owe these pdl's nothing.they will try to say otherwise but do not believe them.

thank you paul, i plan to close my account this week and plan to call these companies and let them know i have done so and that i am no longer at my current place of employment.

should i also send them C&D emails or faxes? where can i find a good template for new york state residents.

if you know thanks again.

on the bottom right of your screen you will see a section that says ALSO SEE.there you will find examples of every letter you will need.i forgot to mention.be prepared to file AG complaints as
these places being illegal will call and threaten some pretty ridiculous things so you want to play that card too.you can find that letter in the same section.
