hi i have a huge problem. i live in ca and i have 5 pdl of $300 each.
they r all store fronts. the 5 pdl are from checkngo, money mart, california check cashing, ace, and qc holdings companies. my wife lost her job and i cant pay them back due to bills and etc. i dont know what to do, i want to shut my bank accounts down and maybe file bankruptcy chapter 7 or do a payment plan and i am completely broke...can they garnish my wages and take me to court? Any suggestions and advice will be much appreciated. thanks

Revoke ACH authorization, close your account and contact each of them to ask for an extended payment plan. Some will make you have a payment returned first. If you can't come to a suitable arrangement that you can afford, you'll have to default and work out a payment arrangement with collections.
They can sue you for payment but it's unlikely they would sue for $300. You can work it out.
