threatened to b sued

Hi how are you? I got a call from a woman saying i need to sign a certified notice of intent to appear in court for an indpending litigation. Its a claim being filed against me. 2 years ago i took out a loan from Ace or some place like that and I was unable to pay the full amount back due to going through some horrible personal problems. The amount I cant even remember. I do remember paying on it but I dont remember what the final amount was. So i called the toll free number andThey said i either go to court and pay $1900 which includes fees or settle and pay $1000. Then the man said if i pay a certain amount, that he would take off a few from the $1000. What should I do??I live in Texas by the way. I remember him mentioning being sued for 3 things, one of them being fraud and I cant remember the other 2. Oh, he also did mention that there is a video of me in that store too. Please help.
