nope. All you have to do is sign the paper and fax it back and you will be released from the $130 and any extra fees. So basicly they are stating that if you sign this and keep quiet you will owe them nothing more. But please make sure to keep a copy of that paper and request a letter stating that you are considered paid in full.

jay, what do you mean? They attempted to debit your account on 10/31? Is that what you're saying? Did they get the money or was it rejected? From what I'm understanding here, they've offered to release you from the loan. Am I missing something?

they are offering but what i was saying is that they also debited $95 dollars the day before they offered to settle, and the bank said that i can dispute that, but its my choice. i'm just asking if i do dispute it will i get into trouble if i have already signed the agreement?
