Pay Day Loans California

HI, I live in California and have 9 outstanding payday loans. I have family emergencies occur in the fall one after another and it snowballed into our finances. I got caught up in one loan after the next. I owe about $7000 with fees. I have yet to pay on most of them becuase I closed my acct. Im starting to get the phone calls now, emails, texts, now. I want to know what I can do since i haven really paid any of them I wonder if debt settlement is the best way or i should try to work out an agreement with each one? So far I have talked to a few and they all seem willing i just havent mentioned how much I can pay just yet. To be honest I cant pay them more than about $15 each per month. 9x15 =$135 per month. what is the best way to make this small of payments or would they laugh at me? If I send a check then they would get my new acct information. So Im thinking a prepaid visa, but then I would have to talk to someone over the phone, they may not take that payment.
